The annual Flu Vaccine is required for ALL enrolled DoDEA students. Â Deadline is Dec. 2, 2024!Â
Provide proof of vaccination to the QMHS School Nurse via email, anytime before Dec. 2, 2024.
Final reminders* have been sent home with students and emails have been sent to parent email addresses.
*If you have received one of these most recent reminders, and have not submitted the immunization verification or religious/medical exemption to the school nurse, then it should come as no surprise when your child is disallowed from attending QMHS on Dec. 2 until one of those two criteria are met.
