Flu vaccines are required of all DoDEA students. Proof of vaccination is due DEC. 1, 2024!  

After receiving the flu vaccine, please provide proof of vaccine to your school nurse as soon as possible, but before Dec. 1, 2024!  

Parents requesting to exempt their student from the annual flu vaccine for religious reasons, please contact school nurse to complete the DODEA Religious Exemption Form.

Naval Health Clinic Quantico is offering the Flu Shot according to the following schedule.

Dates:  Nov. 4-6, 2024 
Time:  0630-1100 and 1200-1500
Location:  NHCQ Immunization Clinic, 1st Floor 
                  3259 Catlin Ave.
                  Quantico, VA 22134
